We live our lives in repetitive physical   patterns whether it's sitting at a desk for   eight hours a day or training for a triathlon. Our physical repetitions can slowly take our bodies farther away from balance and pain free living.

Liz is an amazing pilates instructor! For the first time in 4 years since my shoulder injury I am gaining full mobility, movement, and confidence. She is brilliant and pays careful attention during my sessions with her. I see her twice a week and every session is well thought out to accommodate my injury and/or imbalances that I may be experiencing. She knows when muscle tightness can be rolled or stretched, rather than just a work around. I have gained better range of motion which is also benefiting my other workouts and just enjoying life in general. My body always feels better after a session with Liz and I always look forward to the next.
